The City of Urbana has engaged the services of engineering consultant Burgess and Niple to design improvements to the existing roundabout.  Changes to the roundabout aim to improve traffic calming, traffic flow, parking, loading/unloading and pedestrian safety.  As part of this design process, the City of Urbana requested feedback from the community at a public meeting that was held on Thursday, February 9, 2017.  In addition, public comments were accepted during and after this meeting.  The public comment period closed on March 13, 2017.
