2012 Mosquito Spraying Scheduled

On Wednesday, April 18, 2012, A-1 Able Pest Doctors, under contract with the City of Urbana, will complete the first of ten spray applications for the treatment of mosquitoes within the city limits.  This work will be completed every other Wednesday starting at 10PM and ending at 5AM.  Residents may wish to bring pets inside and to close windows on the nights that this work is scheduled to take place.  If rain or wind delays a spraying, the spraying will take place on the next good weather night.

The scheduled spraying dates for 2012 are as follows: April 18, May 2, May 16, May 30, June 13,  June 27, July 11, July 25, August 8, and August 22.
