Nuisance Division

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DIVISION

The Nuisance Division can be described as the City's property manager. The Nuisance Division works with property owners, residents and businesses, tenants and landlords, City departments, County departments, the Municipal Court, and the Board of Nuisance Appeals to maintain the City and keep properties clean. A clean property means that there are no junk vehicles, bags of trash or other discarded debris, unused construction materials, dilapidated buildings, weeds, or grasses over 10 inches in height.

OFFICE HOURS & DIVISION STAFF

We're here to help. Contact or visit us for information or for assistance with local nuisance concerns. Staff are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00PM to provide assistance, but are frequently out of the office performing inspections. We do not want to miss your visit and we want to give you the attention you deserve--please call to schedule an appointment.
