Board of Nuisance Appeals


The Board of Nuisance Appeals consists of 3 members. Members are appointed by the Mayor. Appointments are 3 year terms.

The purpose of the Board of Nuisance Appeals is to hear and decide administrative appeals for exemptions from the Public Nuisance ordinances and where it is alleged there is an error in any determination made by the Department of Zoning & Compliance.

The Board of Nuisance Appeals does not meet regularly. The Board meets only when there is a need.

Members include Andy Doss, John Harrigan, and Barb Keller.
