Plans & Bid Documents: Copies of the bid documents, plans, and specifications will be available on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in the office of the City Engineer, 205 South Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078, where they may be obtained for a $25.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of documents.  Each prospective bidder shall be a plan holder of record with the City of Urbana Engineer's Office in order to submit a bid for this project.
